    The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) said it is doubling its efforts to make Manila Bay Dolomite Beach “swimmable” before the end of the administration’s term in June. DENR OIC Secretary Jim O. Sampulna said Saturday the government is eyeing to complete the second phase of the beach nourishment project within the second quarter.
