A 61-year old woman from Dipolog City, Zamboanga, was recently named as the most outstanding fish farmer. Rosalina Cainta, recently received the Gawad Saka 2000 award during the Parangal sa Katangi-tangi Magsasaka't Mangingisda at the Heroes Hill in Malacañang last May 25.
