    Excerpt
The present conflict in Mindanao is affecting the projects of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD). For one, the proposed project in Samal Island with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) was deferred indefinitely by PBSP Mindanao "because of uncertainties", said Leo Hilado, Jr., Director for Operations. The team was supposed to leave last week for the site survey.
