They will train under a two-year program called Sustainable Aquaculture and Coastal Resource Management (SACRM) now being implemented by the Tigbauan, Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), and PROCESS Foundation Panay.
