    Excerpt
Malacañang on Thursday dismissed as "speculations" the claim of Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio that China will try to reclaim Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal before President Rodrigo Duterte's term ends in 2022. Palace spokesman Salvador Panelo reiterated that Duterte remained steadfast in maintaining the country's claims.
