    Excerpt
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Roy A. Cimatu on Thursday urged the public to consider visiting other local ecotourism sites in the country for relaxation while the controversial dolomite beach along Roxas Boulevard is temporarily closed to give way for other rehab works in the area. The DENR chief even prodded the public to try visiting equally captivating ecotourism sites in protected areas (PA) near them. In a news statement, the DENR chief said those living in nearby provinces who wish to rejuvenate their minds and bodies need not go to Manila just to see the dolomite beach.
