    Excerpt
The Palaui Island Protected Landscape and Seascape (PIPLS) in the municipality of Sta. Ana in Cagayan, known as the game-fishing hub of the Philippines, is an island paradise teeming with unique wildlife. Its unique features make PIPLS a tourist magnet. But beyond its tourism potential, the island paradise is gaining recognition as an outstanding marine protected area with some of the best management practices to showcase.
