A female crew member was killed, while 15 were rescued, two of which were injured when a ferryboat capsized at Ormoc City Port, Brgy. District 2, Ormoc City, Friday night (September 24). Initial investigation disclosed that LCT Lite Ferry 3 capsized during its docking maneuver at the Ormoc City Port coming from Ouano Wharf in Mandaue City, Cebu. Responding authorities from the coastguard and police saw the vessel floating.
