The Noveleta, Cavite local government under Mayor Dino Chua and the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) have given financial assitance to more than 200 fishermen in the area on June 26 held at Long Beach Resort Pavilion in Barangay San Rafael 4. Fisherfolks from Barangay San Rafael 3 and San Rafael 4 received P5,000 cash which they can use to supplement their daily life.
