A nationwide program to disseminate aquaculture technologies developed by a government-hosted Southeast Asian center is on. Now implementing program are the Tigbauan, Iloilo-based Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) and the Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR).
