The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center has reappointed the chief of the Seafdec Aquaculture Department (AQD) based here for another term. Rolando Platon will serve his third two-year term as the center's AQD chief starting April 8, according to Panu Tavarutmaneegul, the Bangkok-based secretary general of Seafdec.
