Aquaculture may just be better or last option for rebel returnees (RRs) in Jamindan and Dumarao to achieve food security and alleviate poverty. The RRs obviously inspired by the success of aquaculture venture of their comrades in Tapaz, Capiz will try aquaculture too. Because both towns are landlocked areas, aquaculture will be done in small freshwater reservoirs (SFRs).
