The government-hosted Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD) based in Tigbauan, Iloilo, will celebrate its 27th anniversary on July 6-7. Among the highlights of the celebration is the Dean D.K. Villaluz memorial lecture in honor of the founding chief of SEAFDEC AQD.
