The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) trained over 200 fry gatherers from the coastal towns of Iloilo's first congressional district at SEAFDEC in Tigbauan. July was the last of the series of seminars that SEAFDEC has conducted since June. The training was part of the Panay Gulf Development Program (PGDP) being spearheaded by Cong. Ninfa Garin in collaboration with SEAFDEC.
