Fourteen fisheries specialists from 12 Asian countries completed last Sep. 27 a 12-week course on Coastal Aquaculture conducted by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD) at its headquarters in Tigbauan, Iloilo.
