    A dynamic ecological model of Laguna de Bay will be developed to rationalize the management of the lake. The task has been started by the Binangonan Freshwater Substation (BFS) of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD). The first phase has already started, reported SEAFDEC-AQD chief Dr. Rolando Platon.
