The seeding was led by Mayor Myrna Torres and Dan Baliao, Head of Seafdec-TVES (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center-Technology Verification and Extension Section. The two officials also briefed the fishers about the project and kapis breeders by keeping trawlers away from the site.en
