    Excerpt
Undersecretary for Fisheries of the Department of Agriculture Cesar Drilon called for an intensified transfer of aquaculture technologies to increase fish production. "The municipal fish declining at a very alarming rate," he told fisherfolk associations of Antique during the 2nd Provincial Fishery Congress here last August 26. Drilon revealed that the problem is now being addressed by the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) through aquaculture, but support to this is constantly needed.
