    Rebel returnees here just put up additional six floating cages in San Julian dam. These will be stocked with fast growing strain of tilapia juveniles from the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec). Stocking of additional fingerlings from the Bureau of Fisheries Aquatic Resources (BFAR) will be done a week after.
