Fishers should be armed with technology knowhow before they could avail of the loans from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP). This requirement was made clear by LBP when they started collaborating with SEAFDEC last year. SEAFDEC is one of the institutions being tapped by LBP that can provide viable technology to fishers who would like to avail of financial assistance from LBP.
