    Excerpt
A fisherman braved the bad weather as he swam amid huge waves to seek for help for his colleague who was left alone at sea after their boat capsized in Ternate, Cavite on Thursday, July 29. Jessie de Ocampo, of Naic town, endured the occasional hit of waves on his face to ask for assistance when their motorbanca was overturned by the waves while they were fishing amid the inclement weather caused by the southwest monsoon (habagat).
