    Excerpt
The Philippines will broadcast a three-part documentary to defend its position on the disputed West Philippine Sea today, countering a Chinese television series that laid out Beijing's so-called nine-dash line claims on the South China Sea. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said yesterday that the first part of the documentary series "Karapatan sa Karagatan" (Rights at Sea)" would be shown on People's Television Network (PTV 4) at 5:30 p.m. to coincide with the Philippines' 117th Independence Day.
