    The House of Representatives has passed three measures aimed at protecting the country's territorial waters and marine resources, Feliciano Belmonte Jr. announced before the chamber adjourned on Wednesday. Approved were the Prevention of Marine Pollution Act, Delineation of the Marine Zones of the Philippines and Establishment of Archipelagic Sea in the Philippine waters. The last two measures are expected to boost the country's claim over the West Philippine Sea.
