A livelihood project on the net cage culture of grouper (lapu-lapu) is now being implemented for the benefit of members of the Moro National liberation Front (MNLF) in southern Philippines. The project covers selected areas in Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga and Basilan.
