    Excerpt
"This is the kind of project that directly benefits folks," says Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary for Fisheries Cesar Drilon of the recent tie-up of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), the Philippines Business for Social Progress (PBSP) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR). This partnership, he said, "is in accordance with the present thrust of the government for food security."
