    Excerpt
Agriculture Undersecretary Cesar M. Drilon on Friday dismissed as a "product of wild imagination" the reports linking the recent feud between Guimbal municipal government and Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (EAFDEC) to politics. Drilon, who also serves as SEAFDEC Council Director for the Philippines, said this on Friday before a select group of mediamen during the concluding celebration of SEAFDEC's Aquaculture Department 26th anniversary celebration.
