The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) trained fry gatherers from San Joaquin recently at Seafdec here. The activity was one of the secretaries of seminars that Seafdec is conducting until July. The next batch will be for fry gatherers from Miag-ao, followed by Guimbal, Tigbauan and Oton on separate dates.
