Water extraction from Guimbal River continue past the May 19, deadline set by mayor Richard Garin. The Daily Informer received confirmation from a reliable source that the South East Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) based in Tigbauan has bot stopped extracting water from the river despite Garin's request.
