For Guimbal mayor Richard Garin, tomorrow, May 19, is the last day for the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC) to get water from the Guimbal River for research purposes. In his letter to SEAFDEC's Dr. Rolando Platon dated May 11, 1999, Garin said "we are sticking to our original deadline which is Wednesday, May 19, 1999, after which you must cease water extraction for Guimbal River.
