Congresswoman Ninfa Garin expressed appreciation to the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (Seafdec) for its all-out support for her project, the Panay Gulf Development Program (PGDP). She also thanked Seafdec for hosting he third PGDP meeting last January 27. Garin informed Seafdec that aquaculture technologies that would fit the needs of her constituents have already been identified.
