As the deadline set for extracting water from Guimbal River takes effect tomorrow (May 19), South East Asian Fisheries Development Center-Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC-AQD_ chief Dr. Rolando Platon continues to keep his silence on the issue. Various media entities since last week had been trying to get Platon's comment over the issues raised by the municipal government of Guimbal through mayor Richard Garin.
