Can peace and development finally come to Muslim Mindanao? Some logicians may think it preposterous, but the solution may just lie in training politicized Muslims to fish, instead of engaging them in combat. On March 10-13, 28 members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) attended an aquaculture training course in Tigbauan, Iloilo.
