About 610 kilos of fish valued at P33,000 were recovered from illegal fishers in Sagay City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed. The 38-year-old Reynald Franco and 58-year-old Sammy Munez were arrested off the coast of Sagay – particularly in a marine protected area – on May 21.
