DENR to issue violation to vessel over waste water

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) will serve a notice of violation against the owner of the MV Sarangani, a vessel that was tagged as the source of waste water in Manila Bay. Jonas Leones, undersecretary for DENR, said on Thursday that the waste water from the vessel was above the acceptable level set by the agency.
