An open-water swimmer nicknamed “Little Merman” is all set for a gargantuan task. History beckons for petite swimmer Cleevan Kayne Alegres as he tries to become the first-ever to circumnavigate the Mactan Island. Alegres’ 42-kilometer swim will take place on April 25 which will be one of the highlights of the 500th celebration of the Kadaugan sa Mactan.
