    Excerpt
Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Secretary Salvador Panelo on Friday lambasted retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio and former Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario over their recent statements on the West Philippine Sea issue. Panelo, in his daily online program “Counterpoint”, slammed Carpio on his comment that the country is importing the same galunggong (mackerel scad) from China that he claimed was taken from the West Philippine Sea. “How did you know that it is the same galunggong? As if galunggong can only be found in our waters. Do you think they cannot catch it in other parts of Chinese waters?” he asked.
