A Technology Promotion Center (TPC) for Western Visayas will be established. This is stipulated in a memorandum of agreement signed among the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), University of the Philippines in the Visayas (UPV), Iloilo State College of Fisheries (ISCOF), and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC AQD).
