    Aklan State College of Agriculture President Helmar Aguilar should be congratulated for entering into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources - Regional Office 6, pertaining to the promotion pf technology on Freshwater Fish Culture. The BFAR is mandated to implement programs on productivity and to provide technical assistance in the rehabilitation, upgrading and operationalization and management of the freshwater hatchery and breeding center of tilapia, catfish, and ornamental fish fingerlings.
