The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued at least 15 local fishermen aboard a fishing boat which capsized in the waters of Mindanao during the onslaught of typhoon "Auring" last week. The PCG, citing the report from the captain, said the fishermen encountered big waves that damaged the boat until it eventually capsized.
