SMC is the project proponent of the proposed international airport in Bulakan, Bulacan, and the mangrove rehabilitation project is part of the company’s effort to help mitigate the flood problems in the province and, at the same time, serve as spawning grounds for aquatic life in the coastal waters of Manila Bay in Bulacan.
