Candaba exec clarifies red water in Candaba irrigation

Candaba Councilor Narciso "Siso" Maglanque on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, shed light on the sudden change of color flowing in an irrigation canal in Barangay Barit in Candaba town, Pampanga. Over the weekend, residents of the said barangay were shocked to see that the water flowing from the irrigation canal turned bloody red. Several photos were posted on social media, which immediately garnered thousands of shares and left netizens wondering its cause.
