    Excerpt
The Spanish Navy training ship Elcano, named after Juan Sebastian Elcano who led the lone vessel (out of five in Magellan fleet that returned to Spain), docked at the Cebu City port Saturday, March 20, 2021 to commemorate the first circumnavigation of the world. We commemorate the feat of going around the globe 500 years ago, said Opav Undersecretary Jonji Gonzales, not the colonization.
