Four fishermen were caught for alleged illegal fishing in Barangay Poblacion, San Dionisio, Iloilo. Police identified the suspects as Romeo Magnaye, 32; James Edem, 32; Charlie Edem, 24; and Enrile Batayola, 49, all residents of the town’s Barangay Borongon.
