Guimaras fishermen, all 150 of them, are now using motor boats purchased through the P3-million livelihood assistance from the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE). From paddle-powered boats to modern ones, DoLE Secretary Silvestre Bello III said the fisherfolks are expected to have more harvest.
