    Excerpt
Oil spill clean-up contractor Kuan Yu Global Technologies, Inc. refused to comment on the issues raised by Iloilo's Gov. Arthur Defensor Sr. "No comment na kami sa mga issues nila. Thank," read a text message from Kuan Yu sent to Panay News yesterday. Defensor said Kuan Yu's Ombudsman case against Philippine Coast Guard Region 6 commander, Commodore Athelo Ybañez was a foul "strategy" to escape responsibility from the oil spill cleanup operation in Estancia, Iloilo.
