For alleged illegal gambling, three men were apprehended in Barangay Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental. Police identified them as Edgar Librado, 36; Frederick Salde, 29; and Jezar Gilbogan, 45 – all residents of Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
