The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bataan has committed in the clean-up and preservation of the Tanato River. “Adopt Tanato River” is an initiative of the agency as part of theManilaBayCleanUp, Rehabilitation and Preservation Program. DILG Provincial Director Myra Moral-Soriano said Tanato River was chosen to be the role model for all the rivers in Bataan for its cleanliness and must be protected from future endangerment.
