    Many administrations passed without proposed legal action to Manila Bay which is known for its polluted water for years, the current administration made an action to beautify Manila Bay. The government launched the project last year and spent P389 million to fill Manila Bay's gray shoreline with crushed dolomite sand pursued its white sand beach could bring it back as a tourist attraction depite receiving a harsh disapproval from environmentalists and experts alike, which pointed out it could bring danger on the beach and the people as well.
