A fisherman was arrested in the waters of barangays Botongon and Naburot, San Dionisio, Iloilo for illegal fishing. The 37-year-old Florante Biben was from Barangay Tanao, Batad town. According to the Iloilo Bantay Dagat Task Force, Biben was using trawl around 7 p.m. on Tuesday. He was detained at the San Dionisio police station.
