Residents of two barangays in Culasi, Antique, will be taught about technological services related to seaweed culture. Seaweed culture is just one of several topics to be discussed during the Technology Caravan and Fisherfolk Dialogue of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources ( BFAR) Antique today and tomorrow. Aside from Batbatanand Mararison villagers, representatives from government and non-government agencies are also expected to attend, BFAR-Antique OIC head Erwin Ilaya said.
